“Chicken parm” panini

What You’ll need: Panini press (i have a george forman), 2 slices whole grain bread (I used Ezekiel), 3 oz shredded boneless chicken breast, 1/4 cup no sugar added tomato sauce, 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese

Spread sauce on both slices of bread, top with chicken and cheese, and the other slice of bread.  Press on your press!
