Protein Chocolate peanut butter cups

What you’ll need: 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (i use optimum nutrition), 50g sugar free dark chocolate

Melt chocolate, and pour half of the chocolate into mini greased cupcake tins, mix peanut butter and whey to make a dough consistency, divide dough into tins, cover with the rest of the chocolate.  Freeze for 10 minutes until hardened.
