French toast protein pancakes

What you’ll need: (for pancakes) 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1 egg, 1/3 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt

Mix all ingredients together, heat on a preheated greased griddle, flipping each pancake after 2 minutes for each side (or cooked)

Top with Cinnamon Protein Fluff: 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt, 1 tbsp almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla protein powder, a few dashes of cinnamon
