Sweet potato protein waffles/pancakes

What you’ll need: 150g mashed sweet potato, 3 egg whites, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts (optional), 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tbsp cinnamon

In a large bowl, mix until smooth.  Cook batches in preheated waffle maker or griddle (for pancakes) until bubbles form at the top, flip.  Cook until cooked through
