Chocolate Chunk Protein Cookies


What you’ll need: 1 cup oat flour, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 scoop protein powder (i used optimum nutrition’s vanilla icecream), 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1 tsp vanilla flavoring, 1 egg, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until dough consistency.  Then add desired amount of chocolate chips (i used 1/2 cup).  Form into balls (mine made 12)  and place on prepared cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes
