healthified buffalo chicken wrap

What you’ll need: 1 laughing cow wedge (i used chipotle queso flavor), 3 oz shredded chicken, 1/4 cup shredded cheese (i used mozzarella), 2 tsp franks red hot sauce, 1 tortilla of choice

microwave wedge for 30 seconds in a bowl, add rest of ingredients and mix.  Microwave for 1 minute.  Mix and microwave another minute.  Put mixture on tortilla and press on a panini press
