Roasted Smokey Spiced chickpeas


What you’ll need: 2 cans chick peas (garbanzo), 2 table spoons olive oil, spices of choice- For this smokey spice blend: 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Drain and rinse beans completely of moisture.  Spread beans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Roast beans for 45-60 minutes until beans are completely crunchy throughout.  Immediately toss beans with olive oil and spices. Serve hot
