What you’ll need: 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained), 1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder, 3 tsp cocoa powder, 1 egg, 1/3 cup apple sauce, 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (i used chocolate), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (i used stevia)
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and spread the mix evenly over the tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let cool in pan.
