Blueberry Banana Quest Pot Pie

What you’ll need: 1/3 cup frozen blueberries, 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp egg white, stevia to taste, banana slices, 1 quest bar of choice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except banana and quest bar.   Pour mixture into a mini greased ramekin.  Add slices of banana and bake for 10 minutes on 375.  While baking, grab 1/2 of a Quest bar and flatten it out as much as you can into a round shape.  After pie filling is done baking, remove it from the oven and place your quest-crust on top and bake for another 5-7 minutes or until golden brown
