Chocolate Swirl mugcake with vanilla frosting


What you’ll need: (For cake) 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp granulated sweetener, 1/2 tsp butter extract, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp milk of choice, 2 tbsp applesauce, 2 egg whites (For chocolate swirl): 1/2 tbsp cocoa, 1 tsp sweetener, 1-2 tbsp almond milk

Mix all ingredients (except chocolate swirl ingredients) in a blender, Spray a big mug or a small bowl with non stick spray and pour batter into the mug.  Mix cocoa, sweetener and almond milk and swirl into the batter.  Cook in microwave for 1:30

Vanilla frosting: 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 2tbsp milk of choice, 2 tsp sweetener, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract-mix under smooth

Flip mugcake onto a plate and top with frosting and some more chocolate sauce
