What you’ll need: half of a sweet potato, 1 egg, spices of choice
Peel sweet potato, and shred into a bowl until you have roughly 3 oz. Mix in 1 egg and spices of choice (i used garlic powder, and paprika). Form into 2 patties and place on a medium heated skillet. Flip patties until both sides are cooked through.
