Cinnamon raisin swirl blondies


What you’ll need: 1 can of chickpeas(400g), rinsed and drained, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/3 cup peanutbutter/almond butter, 1/4 cup sugarfree maple syrup(or honey), 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp sweetener, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line a 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper.  Place all ingredients (except for raisins) in a food processor, and mix until smooth.  Fold in the raisins and spread mixture into pan evenly.  Bake for 25-30 minutes, until toothpick comes out dry.  Let cool in pan.  Makes 16
