Coffee Shot Pancakes

Ingredients for pancakes: 1/3 cup oat flour, 1/2 banana mashed, 1 egg white, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, 3 tbsp brewed coffee

Mix ingredients and cook on a preheated griddle on both sides

Chocolate coffee protein frosting: Mix 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder with 1 tbsp brewed coffee, and 1 tsp greek yogurt.  Microwave 10 seconds and top over pancakes
