Cauliflower “mashed potatoes”

Ingredient: 1 medium head cauliflower, 4 cloves garlic minced, 1/3 cup low fat milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Boil or steam cauliflower and garlic until soft.  Drain.  Add milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and butter.  Mix with a hand blender until mashed
