Fun-fetti cake batter protein pancakes

Ingredients for pancakes: 1/2 cup oat flour, 1 egg white, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 scoop Cellucor’s cor-fetti cake batter protein, 2 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt

Mix together all ingredients and pour on a preheated sprayed griddle, cooking 2 minutes on each side.

Protein icing: mix 1 tbsp almond milk, 1 tbsp cor-fetti protein, and 1 tsp plain greek yogurt.  pour over finished pancakes.
