Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup oat flour, 3 tbsp coconut sugar, 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp honey, 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 2 Quest cravings peanut butter cups roughly chopped.
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray an 8X8 pan with cooking spray, in one bowl mix oat flour, sugar, baking powder, protein powder, and salt. in a seperate bowl, lightly beat egg and egg whites. add vanilla, applesauce, honey, and milk. add peanut butter and mix until blended. add the wet into the dry and stir until well combined. pour into prepared pan and top with crumbled peanut butter cup pieces. bake 10-15 minutes until firm and a toothpick comes out almost clean. dont over bake it. it should be sticky and firm on the edges. Take out and let cool. makes 9 bars
