Mustard glazed salmon with peas

Ingredients:  4 6oz salmon fillets, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp thyme, 2 slices bacon, 1 10oz bag of frozen peas

Preheat oven to 450F. place salmon fillets on a rimmed baking sheet. Combine Dijon mustard, oil, and thyme.  Spread on the salmon fillets and roast until opaque throughout, about 8-10 minutes.

Brown the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat, 12-14 minutes. Add the peas and cook until heated through. About 2-3 minutes
