Protein monkey bread

Ingredients:

1/2 mashed banana

3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 egg white

2 tbsp oat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp sugar free syrup

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 360F.  Mix all ingredients together until smooth.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Bake in a sprayed small bread loaf tin for 25 minutes.
