Vanilla Almond Protein Muffins



1.5 cups almond flour

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 eggs

1/3 cup almond milk

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp almond extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup sliced/chopped almonds

Preheat oven to 350F.  Stir all of the ingredients in a bowl except sliced almonds.  Once smooth, mix in almonds.  Pour into nonstick sprayed muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes.
