Pumpkin protein oat bars

ingredients:

1.5 cup oats

2 scoops vanilla or cinnamon swirl protein powder

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup pumpkin

1 tsp cinnamon

stevia to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and stevia

Mix in pumpkin, peanut butter, vanilla

Pour batter into pregreased cake pan

bake 20-25 minutes
