Red velvet protein cheesecake

Ingredients:

2 8oz reduced fat cream cheese

2 6oz plain nonfat greek yogurt

2 eggs

2 egg whites

2 scoops red velvet Cellucor protein powder (any flavor can work)

1 tsp vanilla extract

stevia

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and pour into greased pie pan.  Bake at 250F for 30 minutes.  Bake again at 300F for 40 minutes.  Let cook, and refrigerate
