Chocolate Peanutbutter Cup protein muffins with protein glaze

Ingredients: (for muffins)

1/2 cup Pescience PB cup protein

3 tbsp coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup eggwhites

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp all natural peanut butter

For glaze: 1/2 scoop protein, 3 tbsp almond milk

Mix together protein, flour, baking powder, cinnamon.  Then mix in egg whites, vanilla, and almond milk.  When combined, add in peanut butter and pour into 5 muffin tins.  Bake on 350F for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.  When cool, mix together 1/2 cup protein and 3 tbsp almond milk.  Pour on top of muffins and place in fridge to harden glaze for 10 mins
