Pumpkin spice peanut butter cups



100g semi sweet chocolate chips – melted

2T creamy peanut butter

30g pumpkin purée

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Pour half of the melted chocolate among each 6 prepared muffin tins. Freeze for 10 minutes. Mix together the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Using a tsp of the mixture, place on top of first chocolate layer. Pour the rest of the chocolate on top until fully covered and freeze for 8-10 minutes
