Rocky Road Brownies



1/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed

1 oz unsweetened chocolate

1/2 cup sugar

1 lightly beaten egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

1/3 cup mini semi sweetened chocolate chips

1/3 cup chopped nuts

In a small sauce pan, melt butter and chocolate, stir until smooth.  Remove from heat, stir in sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt until blended.  Stir in flour until just blended.  Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts.  Spread into a greased 8×4 loaf pan and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.  Cool on wire rack.
