Flourless almond butter brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond butter

3/4 cup coconut sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

In a bowl blend almond butter and coconut sugar until creamy.  Add and mix in eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking soda and salt.  Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into a 12 inch baking pan and bake 18-20 minutes on 350F.  Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing into 16 brownies
