Banana Chocolate Chip Power Bread


2 cups Kodiak Cakes Power cakes mix

1 egg

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 mashed bananas

1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F.  In a bowl mix all of the ingredients, minus the chocolate chips.  When smooth, fold in the chocolate chips and pour into a pre-greased bread pan.  Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.  Let cool on a wire wrack before cutting.
