4 6oz atlantic salmon fillets
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 large garlic clove, crushed
In a bowl mix together the sriracha, soy sauce, maple syrup, and garlic. Pour into a large gallon sized bag with the salmon. Let marinade for 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove salmon fillets from bag and pat dry. Place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes on 425F.
Meanwhile pour the remaining marinade into a small skillet and let simmer on medium heat. reduce to low until it thickens into a glaze. Remove salmon from oven and pour glaze over fillets.
