Tortilla Encrusted Chicken Tenders 


8 boneless skinless chicken tenders 

2T all purpose flour 

1 large egg, lightly beaten

3.5 oz crushed tortilla chips

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

1/2 cup jarred salsa 

Preheat oven to 400F. Place flour on a plate, egg in a bowl, and mix tortilla chips with cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and place on a shallow plate. Dredge each tender in flour, shaking off excess, then egg, then in tortilla chip mixture. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Spray tops with oil. Bake 10 mins on each side. Serve with salsa
