Pretzel Encrusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

10 pretzel rods (or pretzels of your choice)

2 eggs, beaten

12 chicken tenderloins

non stick spray 

  • Place eggs in one bowl. Put pretzels in a food processor and process until becomes crumbs. Place in second bowl. Dip each tenderloin in egg wash then coat in pretzel crumbs. Repeat with remaining chicken. Spray tops of chicken with nonstick spray. Bake on 400F for 15 minutes. Flip chicken and bake another 5 minutes until cooked through
